Entry Title: “Easter Holidays!!!”

“Finally some more traveling! Am looking forward to not having to work for the next two weeks. Decided to head over to Germany to see more of the country. Left home at 4.30am to catch a cheap flight to Dusseldorf. Once I got to the airport I caught the S-Bahn and arrived at the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). From here I caught a bus to my hostel. After checking in, I headed out to explore this city. I walked towards the Rhine Tower and continued to the Rhine River. Walking along the river I came to a market with lots of German food stalls and locals. I crossed the road and was now in the Aldstadt (Old Town). It was an okay old town. Saw the Palace Tower, Town Hall and other buildings. One thing I noticed with Dusseldorf was that there was everyone cuisine available, so I ate a pizza for lunch.
Went to the Memorial Exhibit to the Victims of the Nazi Regime. It was all in German, so I looked at the photos and read the pamphlet. This building was occupied by the SS. In 1933 thousands of local people were arrested and put into ‘protective custody’, which meant that they were sent to concentration camps.
Found a garden and had a rest, before heading back to the hostel.”

Easter Holidays eats into Vehicle Sales Numbers

Vehicle sales fell last month as the Easter Holidays ate into the number of selling days. Total sales reported by Naamsa fell 28% from March’s levels. But they were still 8% up on April last year. Joining with their views on the market are Cyril Zhungu, general manager of WesBank’s motor division and Trevor Hale, communications director at Ford Asia, Pacific and Africa.
